NOTE: The Borrower, Due Date, Loaned and Lost Fields are display only, you cannot enter or change the data displayed on this screen. If you want to change the value of the fields, press the Edit button and make the changes on the update screen.
Locate Fields (Title, Author, Subject, Book#, Type, Catalog#, Year): Select the applicable tab (By Title, By Author, etc.), type the information in the Locate field, press the Tab button and the program will locate the exact or nearest match.
Starts the search procedure.
The following buttons activate the tag system. Records can be tagged the meet certain criteria by using the search procedure or you can manually tag and untag records.
Tag Tags the highlighted record.
UnTag Untags the highlighted record.
TagAll T Tags all the records in the database.
UnTagAll UnTags all the tagged records.
Tagged Records Displays on the tagged records when checked. Uncheck to display all records.
Close Close the window.
Modify View - change an existing view layout.
Define View - create a new view layout.
Reset View - restores view to default layout.
