Program items can be selected from the pull down menu across the top of the screen or from the Tool Bar.
File Menu
Print Setup

Sets the default printer

New Database
|
Use this option to create a new database

Open Database
|
Use this option to open a previously created database
|
Recent
|
Use this option to quickly select up to 9 previous (most recent) databases.
|
Change Font
|
This option brings up the Windows Font dialog which allows you to select the font, font style, font size and color. The selection is displayed on the various Book Librarian Plus screens. This option has no effect on fonts displayed in reports. To return the fonts to the default selection, click Disable Font Change button. NOTE: If a window is open, you won't see the effect of the font change until the window is closed and re-opened.

Disable Font Change
|
Select this option to return the screen fonts to the default font. When this item is selected the Change Font menu is disabled and Disable Font Change, changes to Enable Font Change which must be clicked to allow font changes again, e.g. Change Font is enabled.

Access the program registration screen.

The file maintenance screen provides basic file maintenance for your data. You probably will never need to use any of the procedures.
