Household Register 6.1 is a free upgrade to any register user of
Household Register 5.0 or greater. Also it is free upgrade to registered
users of the Software Bundle or Super Bundle.
By default prior versions of Household Register for Windows were
installed into the folder C:\Program Files\Hrwpro. By default version 6.1
is installed into the folder C:\TurboSystems\HrwPro for compatibility with
Windows Vista.
We recommend that you install v6.1 into the default folder:
C:\TurboSystemsCo\HrwPro and then copy all the files that end with the
extension TPS except upg.tps and dssw2.tps from the old folder into the
C:\TurboSystemsCo\HRWPro folder.
Very Important: The backup files from earlier versions of Household
Register are not compatible with the current version. So after you
upgrade and get your old files into the new folder, you should back up
your data with the backup module included in the new version.
