Technical support is provided free of charge for one year after the initial
registration/purchase. Support after one year requires purchase of a Maintenance
Support Plan. Technical support is provided by email only.

initial free year has expired.
All upgrades are provided for free to registered users if the upgrade is downloaded
from our web site. If you want a CD mailed to you, there is a $10 shipping/handing
charge for this service. Click on Buy Now button beside the Replacement CD link to
have a CD shipped to you.
Note: You are not required to purchase the maintenance support to obtain upgrades,
however you will not be provided with technical support unless you have an active
maintenance support plan. You can purchase a 1 or 2 year support plan from the
Maintenance Support Section below.
Support Response
We will answer all registered users questions received by email normally within 48
hours. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours after sending your original
question(s) please resend your questions(s). We will answer questions from
non-registered users as time permits which will normally be within the same time
frame as registered users, but registered users receive priority.
Information to Provide When Requesting Technical Support
When reporting problems, the more information you can provide the better our
response can be. If possible, include the following:
What program and version you are running? You can determine this by choosing
About from the program Help menu. Include the entire "version line"; for example 3.0b
What version of Microsoft Windows are you running? For example, Windows 95,
Windows 98 Windows NT, Windows ME , Windows 2000 or Windows Xp.
Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
If you see a dialog box with an error message when the problem occurs, if possible
include the full text of the dialog box, the text in the title bar and the error number.
Terminating Technical Support
We reserve the right to terminate customer support for any person who uses profane
abusive or harassing language or who at our sole discretion abuses customer
support.
If we elect to terminate your customer support we will issue you a refund of the
registration price, less any shipping/handling fee.
